Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Technology from recognised University.

Experience : 
i) The Candidates should possess 15 (Fifteen) years of experience in the field of Civil works in Central / State Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) out of which at least 05 (Five) years in selection posts such as Executive Engineer & above out of which 01 (One) year in the position of Superintending Engineer OR 03 (Three) years of experience in the position of Superintending Engineer.
ii) Should have knowledge about planning execution / monitoring of Civil works of multistoreyed buildings;
iii) Should be familiar with the work relating Land & Assets Management Estate Management Transfer of ownership of assets documentation including its digitization;
iv) Should be having practical exposure of dealing with the legal cases relating involving property matters and representing before the judicial authorities;
v) Candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Planning from Recognised University will be preferred.
