Job Description

• To Visit The Centers Meeting And Prepare Its Analysis Report. At Least 12 -15centre Meeting Per Branch Must Be Visited By The Auditors
• O Visit And Monitor The Other Field Visits Such As, GFMs, FIs, MGTs, BMFIs,GETs Branch Disbursment And EUVs
• All The Loan Files Must Be Checked By The Audit Team (to Whom Loandisbursed During The Period Of Audit)
• Identifying, Assessing, And Prioritising Risks In The Area (Branches As Well As Inthe Field) And Prepare A Note, And Inform To The Management
• Develop Strategies To Manage Risks And Send To The Management For Its Approvaland Implementation Thereof
• Recommend The Tactics To Mitigate Risk In The Field As Well In The Office Andmonitor The Implementation Thereof And Assign
• Test The Effectiveness Of The Policies, Evaluate The Outcomes And Report To The Management
• To Ensure That Revised Policies And Procedures Are Implemented Properly
