This video talks about the Cycle View of Supply Chain Process. In a supply chain process, there is a flow of goods, information and funds between different participants of a Supply Chain. The process starts with a customer placing an order and ends when the product is delivered and includes a lot of activities at the level of retailer, distributor, manufacturer and supplier. So, at each level of Supply Chain process there are different cycles that take place between two participants / stages of the supply chain. These are: 1. Customer Order Cycle 2. Replenishment Cycle 3. Manufacturing Cycle 4. Procurement Cycle.
