Why You Need To Be Persistent (Video)

Talent is great thing to have but without persistence your full potential might never be achieved.  History is littered with talented people who gave up with their goals just within reach. People who managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Why?

Because they lacked persistence. The road to success can be long and hard, with many twists and turn, and without persistence, you might be inclined to give up at the first sign of difficulty, or your first taste of failure.

Failure, and how you deal with it, is critical to successful you will be. Take a look at James Dyson, in his pursuit of the cyclone vacuum cleaner he created over 5,000 prototypes before he created the one that would create a billion dollar product.

With a small amount of talent and a lot of persistence, you can create a series of small successes which over time can accumulate into a big success.

Talent is important, but persistency is crucial.
