Job Description

  • Design And Implement Collections Strategy To Achieve Collection Efficiency
  • A. Streamline Existing Policies/processes To Maximize Efficiency In Collections And Debt Recovery
  • B. Responsible For Process Enhancements And Automation On A Regular Basis
  • 2. Prevention And Control Of Delinquency
  • A. Develop Innovative And Effective Solutions To Reduce Delinquency
  • B. Reviews Collection Efforts On Delinquent Trends From Time To Time
  • 3. Regular Visits/Calls And Customer Satisfaction
  • A. Regular Visitations With The Critical Debtors Along With The Sales Team & Sort Out The Issues Amicably
  • B. Organizing A Recovery System And Initiate Collection Efforts By Conducting Routine Collection Calls And Determines Payment Status For Accounts
  • 4. Documentation/MIS Reports
  • A. Prepare Periodic Reports For Top Management Review
  • B. Handling Disputes
  • 5. PMP Certification Is Desirable
